*AUS* vs .Æ Results Posted by JohnBoy - Tuesday, July 29 2003 |
We played .Æ last night in the 2nd round of The Battle Grounds BHD TDM Tournament. This was always going to be a tuff battle with both sides having some great players. We battled hard with the onslaught of bullets and nades and not to mention, the careful placed clays from .Æ to finish up with a 2 games all situation which then falling back on most kills to find a winner. The kills ended up 511 to 482 in .Æ's favour. Well done on a great game .Æ and also a well played match by *AUS*. |

OGN BHD CTF Grand Final Posted by JohnBoy - Tuesday, July 8 2003 |
*AUS* went into battle last night against *AIF* in the OGN CTF Final. We had a good record going into the final with only one loss in the tournament also beating *AIF* by 1 flag when both teams clashed. *AUS* had trained very hard for this Final and we fielded a very strong team with only one thing on our mind and that was to win. In what had to be the hardest game we have played in BHD so far happened last night. Both teams fought damn hard and it ended up seeing both teams winning 2 maps each and going back on a flag count. *AIF* won by 2 flags. Well done to *AUS*, we had a very successful Tourney and to be beaten by 2 flags is a damn fine game. I on behalf of *AUS*, I would like to congratulate *AIF* on their first BHD Tourney win. Well played all. ![]() |
*AUS* vs .Æ Results Posted by JohnBoy - Saturday, July 5 2003 |
We played .Æ last night in a friendly game of BHD CTF as per the current OGN Tournament. They gave us a very hard fought match which *AUS* was after so we could test out our tactics. With .Æ not having as much time spend on those maps like us we did have the advantage and I am sure if they did then it would have been even harder then it was. *AUS* was able to win all 4 maps but the final score does not reflect .Æ's peformance. They are one fine tuned and hard hitting squad and it was greatly appreciated for them to play us and to help us out. After last nights game *AUS* now awaits the Final on Sunday which we are more then ready for. Look out *AIF* here we come. |
The Final Posted by JohnBoy - Thursday, July 3 2003 |
It has been confirmed, *AUS* will now play *AIF* in the first OGN's BHD Tournament Final this Sunday at 8pm. *AUS* has placed a lot of time and effort into this Tournament and it payed off by allowing us to win a spot straight into the final. Next hopefuly winning the Final. Only time will tell! I firstly would like to thank every *AUS* member for putting in the extra hard yards and wether we win or loose, we have done a great job. Secondly all the best to *AIF*. This is going to be one heck of a show down. |
