| *AUS* had a very busy weekend with 5 matches all up. The first one was against DFR in Land Warrior TKOTH in the DFChicks Tournament. *AUS* was red in this map and had the choice of server so we supplied a host but apparently the pings were too high for dfr so we are awaiting a Councils decision on this game. *AUS* currently holds a one map win in this game. The second game was against *IW* in Land Warrior TKOTH event hosted by Anzac Warrior. *AUS* fought hard and won all 3 maps to now move forward into the final to play ~S^S~. Our third match was against ~SOM~ in the Anzac Warrior's Land Warrior RazorBall Tournament. ~SOM~ won the first map followed by *AUS* winning the second by a big margin then only to go down my 2 flags in the last map. We did have the lead for about 20 minutes in this last map but ~SOM~ just got the better of us. ~SOM~ winning 2-1 Our Fourth match was against ~AD~ in the Anzac Warrior's Anzac Only Task Force Dagger CTF. *AUS won this game 3 nil. Well played by ~AD~, you guys a great squad that shows plenty of sportsmanship. Our Fifth match was played today against RO in the Anzac Warriors Task Force Dagger Open CTF Tournament. *AUS* won this easy 3 nil. |

| This week saw *AUS* achieve a very good result in the Anzac Warrior's Player of the Month. In the Land Warrior event Ice-Cannon grabbed his first crown with JobboBob coming second and DeathStar receiving third place. In the Task Force Dagger event DeathStar brought home his 4th first place and 4 wins straight which is an awesome achievement for himself and *AUS*. Ice-Cannon not far behind DS coming second and Jackel third. All *AUS* members were the winners in the January 2003 Player of the Month. Well done guys  Also another mention goes to Noddy*AUS* who has made it into Novaworld Land Warrior Top 50. Noddy is currently 50th in the Most Dedicated player. Well done. |

| *AUS* had a few events planed to be played over the Weekend starting off last Friday night. We played AE last Friday night in the Anzac Warriors Land Warrior Razorball league winning 3 nil. We were to play ~JBI~ last Saturday night also in the Razorball league but it was a no show from ~JBI~ so *AUS* took the points. Yesterday we played our second round in the Anzac Warrior Black Hawk Demo Tournament playing against an overseas squad called =AN=. We ended up loosing 3 nil and it seemed the lag hurt us but you get that playing on O/s servers. Last Night we were supposed to play =s2K= in the Anzac Warriors CTF Knockout event but it was another no show so *AUS* took the win and advanced to the second round. Overall for the weekend we ended up winning 3 out of our 4 matches. Well done *AUS* |

| *AUS* has now formed an Alliance with Covert Special Forces {ÇSF}. These guys have some great talent and its a pleasure to have formed the alliance with them. Lately we have been playing LW Stats with them and also getting onto their Roger Wilco and having a great time. Its great to have formed this bond with {ÇSF} |

| *AUS* played its first BHD Demo match last Saturday night in the Anzac Warriors BHD Demo Tournamet playing against FTW. *AUS* lost the first map but were able to come back winning the last two and the match. *AUS* played CR last Saturday night in a friendly LW TKOTH winning 2-1. Great games played by CR and we hope to do it again soon. *AUS* played ~SOM~ last Sunday in the Anzac Warrior's TFD TDM 6v6 Knifes only event. We tried our best but ~SOM~ were too good winning 3 nil. Best of luck in the finals ~SOM~ *AUS* played ~AD~ last Sunday night in the Final's playoff in the Anzac Warrior TFD RazorBall event seeing us winning 3 nil and securing first place. Well done to ~AD~ for a great effort and great games by *AUS*. This now giving *AUS* 2 Tournament Final wins in TFD and a battle record of 14-5. |

| Last night *AUS* played *AN* in our first round of two rounds in the finals of the AnzacWarrior Task Force dagger RazorBall Tournament. When *AUS* played *AN* in the rounds we were beaten 2-1 so we knew we had to give a great fight. We trained hard and came up with some new tactics to use. *AUS* won the first map and then *AN* won the second in a a very close map before *AUS* coming back in the third to win the match. *AUS* now has to play ~AD~ in our second round to win the RazorBall Tournament which is being played this Sunday. Well done *AUS* on last nights game. |

| The Anzac Warriors December Task Force Dagger Player Of the Month was played on Monday night. DeathStar was out to defend his title which he had held for 2 months and going for a hat trick. Ice-Cannon put up a great fight to win the first and was clearly in the lead until DS gunned home in the second map. 3rd map was alot harder seeing Ice-Cannon getting the most zone time but it wasn't enough to beat DS. DeathStar winning the event by 23 seconds and seeing Ice 2nd and SASR 3rd. Well done guys on a great peformance and a very big well done to DeathStar who won the event for 3 months in a row. |
