MAP
1 Pine Valley Tonight’s
match was the best out of the first three Novaworld maps in Team
Deathmatch. AUS had
not played a match of this sort for a while even though we had been
conducting our regular practise sessions in this for the past few
weeks, we knew this wasn’t going to be easy.
Also this game was played on a Saturday night and we did
not have a lot of our stronger players.
So we fielded the team and grabbed our weapons and ran for
the battlefields. ASO started off very well in this map with assaulting us from up the guts and also flanking us from both sides and also managing to get behind us to do some serious Base Raping. From our Intel we were told that most of them used M4’s so we kept to the low ground but this wasn’t the case. They had 1 sniper, 2 m4ers and the rest had Saw’s and FN’s. With ASO getting a lot of hits on us within the fist 5mins it was going to be very hard to make a come back. This wasn’t the case and ASO won the first map fairly easy. Outstanding players in this map were D from ~ASO~ with 21 kills and 17 deaths and JohnBoy from *AUS* with 25 kills and 17 deaths. PLAYER

MAP 2 Egyptian TunnelsAUS
PLAYERS- No change With
ASO winning the first one by a big margin we were more than keen
to win this one. The
count down timer hit zero and we were off,
Shadofx and Klays headed for the hills to do some sniping
while the rest of us went after the enemy.
Rev planted a few clays in the buildings that ended up being
very useful and Naplam and Jobbo went around to the right to flank
them and I went left to get some serious base-raping happening.
This map was a very close game indeed with both teams swapping
the lead a few times. Roger
Wilco was a vital asset for us here as time after time we were giving
sitreps to each other. I remember one stage I was getting some heavy fire coming down
on me and this reminds me of the movie Navy Seals, I said to Shadofx(Who
reminded me of the sniper in the movie who called himself God),
I am under heavy fire can you see him and he replied yep wait one
and I heard the Shot from his sniper rifle and his reply “All Clear”
lol Well done mate
I replied. We
were up by about 10 points and with about 2 mins left so we kept
our heads down and waited for them to come and look for us and indeed
they did but lucky we managed to pull it off.
Standouts in this map was once again D from ~ASO~ with 19
kills and 10 deaths and Shadofx with his good sniper skills which
played a vital role with 13 kills and 2 deaths. PLAYER

3 Winter Tower

PLAYERS- No change One
a piece now and this was going to be the decider, we headed straight
for the tower and were able to hold that for a couple of mins before
~ASO~ took it over. We
were able to take it back but however they were smart and placed
a couple of satchels in there and blew it up when a couple of our
guys were in there. With
the tower out of action we concentrated on base raping them and
hitting them as they came over the hills.
This wasn’t the case and some how they managed to base rape
us and got a very quick lead.
They managed to hold the lead all the game and we never looked
at getting infront of them.
Nothing much else happened in this map besides ~ASO~ giving
us a good old hampering. Standouts
in this map was once again D~ASO~ with 25 kills and 10 deaths and
Johnboy*AUS* with 20 kills and 12 deaths. PLAYER
