It wouldn’t be an AUS game without the usual pre-game bs and chatter, and
I led the way. We were revved up to kick some yankee butt, even if only
the exact number turned up. And sorry. I could only get a screenshot of
the first game. Kept crashing.

| Game One
– Annoying |

We got a flag in the first 5 minutes, but from then on, it was a slowly
losing battle, as the enemy slowly overwhelmed us, and pushed us back to
the respawn Alot of kills on the part of DS were made. Sy in particular
hugged the large hill to the right and made many kills as did Ex from
within the trenches. Sco was a mean machine with his M4 with 50 kills, and
quite a few times I had him in on the end of my blade, but lag ended that
attempt all to many times. Constantly changing tactics by the enemy saw
them on the ball and employing the common tactic of waiting for the flag
after a score, used too full effect. This was used against us for the next
two maps, and proved deadly indeed for the next one. Credits too
SilverBullet, Jobbo Bob and SASR for scoring a flag a piece. |

| Game Two
– Bullshit |
|
|
Same map as before, but with the flag bays on the flanks. Sy was deadly
before, but now he just caned our arses. Taking the hill again, he covered
and made sure that the three runners made their points and their points
flew. Meatgrinder comes too mind and this lastes most of the game. 20
minutes in we finally made a break, with DeathStar making the first score
with a mad dash up the gauntlet. We made a couple more scores, but DS just
overpowered us with a whopping score. More creds too Silver, Stiiix and
DeathStar. |

| Game 3 –
Fuck off! No way |

Well, we took them on on an open map, which judging by our whinge factor,
is not our bag of marbles. But we gave it our all, as we joked and kidded
around with them, trying too make some type-kills. It work too a degree,
but I was too busy giggling and getting the shits with the connection. I
did somehow manage to score first for us. DeathStar was the only other too
score. More of a mess around match than anything. Not much done by anyone.
DS won again.Special mention to Rx, who in the last two games, took 20+
flags and a high kill:death ratio. Well done DS on a consistent
performance. Shame shame, AUS. You should all have cable. |
