Our history
*AUS* was founded by Camouflage on the 23/03/2000 and commenced playing Delta Force 2. During this time, *AUS* was at the forefront of developing a Delta Force 2 community within Australia. *AUS* lent a helping hand to newly formed clan and started the Oceanic League. The clan's roster was strong and many dedicated members such as Slaughter, Klaymen, Killer, Sad Tomato, Firebird and 2RAR come to mind. Camouflage led them into their first Tournament Championship beating *AIF* in the Oceanic TDM Tournament.
At the end of 2000 Delta Force 3 (Land Warrior) was released and with this bought a plenty of new faces to the clan. Members like Snappy, Balistic, Jobbo Bob, the twins Rev and Def and myself JB. With the old crew and the new school *AUS* had a great clan to enter DF:LW. A few other clans also made the move or were formed, including *OZI*, *RA*, *AN* and TAG. The Australian Community had begun increasing rapidly. The first DF:LW tournament was hosted by Oceanic League and was a Team DeathMatch. *AUS* started off slow loosing their first couple of matches, but before long *AUS* got the taste of winning and started to get a few wins on the board. In this tournament, *AUS* ended up finishing 3rd.
During DF3, there was some important dates to be recognised, they were: 06/03/2001 – Killer Discharged due to School and Poor Connection. *AUS* Public Servers were then named *AUS* Killer to respect Killer’s efforts he gave towards *AUS*. To date,
the servers still are called *AUS* Killer.
16-18/11/2001 - *AUS* first Lan held in Sydney. This started something that *AUS* does every year without a doubt now.
On the 26/11/2001, this was a very Sad Day for *AUS* as it was the announcement of both Camouflage and Slaughters retirement, the CO and 2ic. The remaining *AUS* members were unsure of *AUS*’s future until JB jumped to the plate and took over Command. We must mention in the lead up of Camouflages announcement, the Australian DF Community had become unstable with a lot of rival between Squads especially the relationship between *AUS* and *AIF*. This did not make it any easier on both Camouflage and Slaughters Decision. JB took the role with a lot of work to do but with the help of others at hand we soldiered on.
At around the same time saw many new faces to *AUS* particular of note DeathStar and Xena(SexyBabe), MMouse, BFG and SilverBullet and many more. In DF3 it took *AUS* Many months before we reached some Championship Wins. On the 17/08/2002, we won the Anzac Warriors Flagball Tournament against *OZI*. About a month after that once again we battled it out against *OZI* in the Anzac Warriors CTF Tournament winning that too. At around this time DF 4 was released called Task Force Dagger. *AUS* Managed to grab its first Tournament win in TFD on 17/11/02 against ~BOM~ in Anzac Warriors TKOTH Tournament.
At this point in time it should be mention that *AUS* had become Allies with certain Squads. They were =DOW=, TAG, {CSF}, .AE, =AOM= and [APC]. To date TAG Stopped playing the Delta Force Series, =DOW= went inactive and =AOM= Disbanded however remaining Squads continue to play.

In BHD, our first Tournament being a CTF Tourney hosted by OGN was a good start for us. We trained very hard for this and the rewards payed off. We finished in first spot after the rounds and went into the Final against *AIF*. This was one of the most intense Matches I have ever played and it went right down to the wire with both teams winning 2 maps however on a Flag Count, *AIF* just beating us by 2 Flags. What a game!
It didn’t take us long before we notched a Tournament win and it happen on 28/09/2003 against our Allies .AE in the Battlegrounds TDM Tournament. This match saw *AUS* starting slow in each map and coming up against a great team that played TDM very well however with great Teamwork *AUS* pulled off a 3 nil Victory, this being a very exciting day for us.
During BHD it saw *AUS* placing 2 teams into some Tournaments. Teams were called Titans and Wolfpack. The Wolfpack crew lead by Xena won the Battlegrounds Anzac TKOTH Tournament on 27/06/2004. Wolfpack have also won the OZBG BHD CTF Tournament on 01/04/05. Titans who were lead by JB had played fairly consistent throughout the Tournaments however had just missed out on the Playoffs until 2008 which saw the Titans defeat Wolfpack in the CyberConnections CTF Final to grab their first title victory.

With the Release of Delta Force Extreme, *AUS* stepped into the new game. Although not all *AUS* Members play DF:X, we still have a strong line up of players playing. *AUS* played its first match on the 30/07/2005 against ~X~ winning 3 nil.
